there is lack of english speaking russian officers at the moment. maybe the spanish officers should step up and try to bring the 2 groups together more. each group is acting pretty much on its own right now, and there is no cooperation even in times of alliance operations/raids.
there is also lack of alliance command. nobody is sure who should take the lead in times of crisis. there is only people 'suggesting' stuff in CA and the various groups acting in a sort of herd mentality. this hasn't lead to any major tragedy yet but you never know.
of course there is lack of players in general at the moment so maybe i shouldn't be expecting too much from the command
