Bah.. it's old tactics. What they can't fix they cover with propaganda :-) They forgot to mention a New exciting Schiesse of Boris that we gona get soon :-)

вчерашний ливень растопил верхушки 4х метровых снежных гор
воды было по колено.. если растопит все остальное - без байдарки лучше на улицу не выходить
