Problem with the account

Good evening, people...
Trying to activate my account (haven't played since 2010) i've purchased time-card of 60 days. Then have activated it at my account page using "Key registration" option.
After entering the key and choosing my subscription to update i've recieved the message that it has been successfully updated for 60 days.
Now the status of the account is:

Account status Cancelled Reactivate account
Playable Playable
Character Slots 10
Cancelled date 2010-12-11 17:24:28
Membership Age of Conan Free Upgrade to Premium
Membership valid until 2012-10-15 17:53:07
Payment Option MY PAY BY CASH

I am trying to understand how the account can be "Playable" and cancelled at the same time, can not try to enter the game yet - 9 Gb of game client to download, i just think - should i write to customer support already? Have someone faced with the situation like that?

Пытаюсь активировать аккаунт (не играл с 2010 года), купил тайм-карту на 60 дней, eu версию. Активировал ключ в своем аккаунте, используя опцию "Key Registration".
После ввода ключа и выбора опции продления существующей подписки я получил сообщение о том, что ключ успешно активирован, подписка продлена на 60 дней.
Текущий статус аккаунта:

Пытаюсь понять, как подписка одновременно может быть Playable и Cancelled, пока не могу попробовать войти в игру - еще 9 Гб клиента качать, вот думаю - стоит ли сразу в customer support service писать? Кто-нибудь сталкивался с такой ситуацией?

это ф2п, т.е. ты можешь играть, но с ограничениями. Если оплатишь, то будет все как раньше - т.е. весь контент, инвентарь и т.п.

Не совсем понял, то есть если раньше я активировал тайм-карту и играл полноценно 60 дней, то теперь я за активированный ключ получаю игру ф2п и нужно еще дополнительно оплатить это Premium membership?

В акке в части Upgrade to Premium такая же возможность купить продление на месяц, три, полгода и год.
То есть фактически тайм-картой я оплатил игру free to play ^^?

At the part of the account "Upgrade to Premium" there's a possibility to update it to month, three, 6 and 12.
So in fact with the time-card i've just paid "free to play" game?

нет, теперь ты всегда можешь играть без оплаты, но с ограничениями. А за оплату все как раньше.

хз что с тайм картами, по идее тебе премиум должен был активироваться. Может надо подождать просто.

Да уж, надо было кредиткой платить ^^
Будем ждать, на всякий случай напишу в саппорт - мало ли, глючит что-то.

Потрясающе - уже ответ от саппорта пришел, может кому любопытно:

I just wanted to verify your card was added correctly, and your account is currently set to premium. At times our system can take a few moments to update and you should have no further issues. Please allow your account up to 15 minutes to show the update in-game and to update any changes accordingly.
