Huzzah! I got it! The reason why some people have it fixed and other's not? (Especially when they reboot their internet).

DNS records! You can try one of the following:

Run ipconfig -flushdns and ipconfig -registerdns and wait a while for everything to update
Change your DNS settings on your network to use Google (IPs are 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4)

As soon as I did that, no problem!

да гугловый днс рулит, уже ни раз спасал
